In order to support our constantly growing business, we are looking for a:

Business Developer – Belgrade
Department: Marketing, Communication and Lead Generation, based in Serbia (Belgrade)

Reporting to our Lead Generation Manager with our Marketing and Lead Generation department, you will contribute to our business development by providing best in class lead generation. Working transversally within the organization and across multiple levels, you will support our fast-paced development. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Sales executives in the region.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Learning about eFront’s market (Alternative Investments and Private Equity in particular) in order to understand our clients and prospects’ environment and solutions needs
• Learning about eFront’s solutions in order to be able to promote them effectively within our client and prospect base
• Segmenting the Private Equity market in a meaningful way and defining relevant clusters on the market on which to organize lead generation campaigns
• Defining the relevant addressable target groups for each emailing campaign from our CRM database
• Organizing emailing campaigns and cold calling to enroll clients and prospects to participate to sales executives’ roadshows, regional events (breakfasts, conferences, user groups), and webinars
• Launching campaigns from Marketo, the market-leading tool we use for marketing campaigns
• Monitoring campaign status
• Following-up with potential prospects to establish relationship, assess and grow interest, and call for action – incl. cold calling
• Creating opportunities/ leads
• Analyzing campaign results and achievements
• Fine-tuning campaign messages over time to increase impact/ hit rate

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven track record in Sales within a B2B environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & active listening skills
• Curious and results oriented
• Strong interest in Finance (Private Equity)
• Self-motivated, open-minded, reliable and independent
• High standards for perfection, attention to details
• Rigorous and structured
• Perfect fluency in English is required
• Fluency in another mainstream language is a plus
• Highly collaborative working style, a team player who communicates well across all levels of the organization
• Mindset geared towards customer viewpoint and experience enhancement
