Job Summary:
This position consists of being the primary contact for managing the relationship with complex accounts. Being the primary contact you will be responsible to develop client satisfaction & experience with eFront for the solutions and services we are delivering to them. The Account Manager will be working with key stakeholders and decision makers (including high level executives) to capture their feedback and maximize the benefits they receive from eFront. The Account Manager oversees an assigned list of accounts defined mostly by region and/or account level and may visit his/her assigned clients periodically in their premises. The Account Manager belongs to a great team obsessed by customer satisfaction and focused on driven results.

Main responsibilities:
•Build credibility with key stakeholders in the client’s organization to identify influencers in decision making process
•Onboard customers after services engagement are finalized and when the software is deployed with the customer
•Capture the feedback from customer on how they use our technology and ensure the right value is delivered to the customer
•Identify up/cross sell opportunities for eFront to deliver more value to clients through additional services or technology
•Orchestrate eFront answer to customer through mobilizing resources to address needs or issues (support, SL3, Cloud Ops, consulting)
•Ensure innovation and technology roadmap are well understood by clients and position innovation agenda to customer portfolio
•Engage with customer on how to increase satisfaction and follow up on action plan to continuously improve the customer experience
•Keep CRM updated and use it as the single source of truth
•Prepare and plan contract renewal in due time and mobilize the right stakeholders to ensure the client will renew contract
•Report progresses and challenges in a timely fashion to the Global Head of AM

Required skills and qualification

•5+ years of relevant experience in FinTech software business as Sales or Account Manager, Professional Services or Customer Success.
•Knowledge and experience in Alternative Investment is a plus.
•Experience in handling key accounts and complex clients
•Up to 25% travel time
•Demonstrated ability to work independently
•Good understanding of IT & mission critical software landscape
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize and expand the footprint of eFront with our customers
•Agile and creative to create a memorable customer experience
•Solid project management skills to drive multiple stakeholders internally and externally
•Strong time management/organization skills; ability to prioritise time
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
•Ability to work in a team environment/solutions-oriented; ability to problem solve
