QA Lead – Paris

Department: DevOps

eFront Product DevOps is a Matrix Organization between Product Lines and Product Engineering based on Agile. The QA Lead is accountable for quality of a global Product, which may include several Module, release.
Reporting to the Head of QA, this role is fully integrated in the Scrum QA Team, and lead work with Product Line like Program and Product Managers, Functional architects to define QA release strategy & deliverables.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading group of QA Engineers working on one Product line and organizing all testing activities
• Driving overall QA methodology for PL (including automation, performance, security, etc.) in coordination with other QA PL leads and Head of QA with the overall goal to deliver high quality products within Product line release.
• Working closely with Product manager for Product line, acquiring a high level of product and business knowledge and adjusting QA processes accordingly
• Acquire a Strong Product and business knowledge to act almost as a Product owner
• Define Test Scenario with all test case & automation scheme
• Manage all automation participant and monitor progress
• Key contributor of practice and process improvement in QA. Developing the skills of the team in all areas: business, application, QA related including technical automation skills

Required qualifications/skills:

• University Bachelor or Master degree
• 5+ years of QA experience. Hands-on experience with business analysis, designing and implementation of test processes and methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of QA and Continuous integration related tools.
• 3+ years of Team lead experience, working on a major application. Proven record of team management.
• Strong knowledge of every aspect of product lifecycle and QA processes and methodologies.
• Working in Agile/Scrum organization
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, time management skills; quick learner and self-motivated person who is comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in Corporate Finance and/or accounting would be an asset.
