Pre-Sales Consultant – London

Department: Sales

The Position
This role will be tasked with supporting the Sales team in a full scope of pre-sales related activities for eFront products in the UK and other EMEA countries. You will be tasked with producing effective demos in order to demonstrate our software product to potential clients and also conducting research to determine the needs of the potential client. You will be entrusted with highly confidential information so this person must be reliable and trustworthy. This is a rewarding role that can truly showcase your ambition and talent.

Your main responsibilities will be:
·Providing Pre-sales assistance to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
·Delivering presales presentations, ranging from initial overviews to detailed workshops and POCs
·Gathering requirements of potential clients
·Assisting with RFI/RFPs appraisal and client qualification and responding to RFI/RFPs
·Maintaining a comprehensive demonstration database
·Detecting of market specific requirements
·Suggesting product improvements to the R&D team
·Supporting the overall marketing effort and participation in marketing events

Required skills and experience:
·Bachelor degree required (Business, Economics or IT related fields preferred), Master degree is a plus
·Solid understanding of sales cycle with ability to contribute to sales strategy
·Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail
·Excellent client relationship skills and a clear & friendly communication style
·Strong presentation skills
·Ability to work independently
·A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges and meet deadlines
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)· Experience with financial software (Alternative investments/ private equity is a plus)
·Experience in alternatives investment management (Private Equity / Real Estate) is a plus
·Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
·CAIA preferred
