In order to support our constantly growing business, we are looking for a:

Client Services Manager – New York

Your main responsibilities will be:

·The CSM is required to gain a thorough knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to his or her clients’ needs and satisfaction
·As the primary client contact, you’ll be required to forge positive relationships with his/her clients through consistent contact and diligent client service
·Work effectively with people in other departments of our firm to manage the day-to-day operation of the clients’ projects and business with our software
·Develop and monitor project plans to ensure key milestones are met. Communicate and provide solutions for potential problems or issues
·Coordinate the acquisition of client materials and ensure proper and timely setup and testing of these materials within our software
·Manage the daily client activities and follow-through on requests and new projects
·Train clients on how to use the product
·Quality assurance of product during deployments
·Work closely with technology teams to report bugs

Required skills and experience:

·Knowledgeable in Excel, working with pivot tables, conducting more advanced functions.
·Experience working with an agile approach
·User acceptance testing experience is a plus
·Comfort interfacing with clients on phone and in person
·Superior communication skills incorporating the ability to write and speak clearly and professionally with all levels of staff
·Some weekend and additional hours may be required based on the release schedule
